Registration Instructions

If you are going to play on a secondary team, Please register once for your primary.
and then complete the process for the secondary team by contacting the CSAN office.

If you are registering as a Team Manager/Head Coach AND also wish to be a Player, please make sure to select BOTH Player and Manager/Head Coach options when registering.

Club Admin and above can edit instruction. 
Only Use  EDIT | NEXT |PREVIOUS   to setup all instructions on all pages. 
When editing instruction, please don't click or change other sections on the page.

If a player is playing on one team only, please select a primary team only.
If a team admin is registering all team members for a team, please select a primary team only.
If a player is playing on multiple teams, please select the primary team first and select multirostering teams, then the player will be add to all selected teams.
